heiCO and Examination Offce Activation My Achievements and Examination Office Availability

Dear AWI students,

since 22 July, the last tile in heiCO, ‘My Achievements’, has been activated for all of you. We would like to take this as an opportunity to contact you again after our numerous emails during the migration period and to combine this with current information on the availability of the AWI Examination Office and the upcoming (de)registration phase of the second exam period.

My Achievements

This tile shows you your individual achievements (and failed attempts) in a list. You can also generate a transcript of records by clicking on the PDF symbol. You can find instructions on the heiCO manuals page, which you can access via the website of our Examination Office.

Please use this transcript to check (again) whether there are any differences between your old account in LSF and your new account in heiCO. If you find any errors, please report them to our Examination Office (currently only to Mr. Kuhn).

Availability of the AWI Examination Office

The opening hours of the AWI Examination Office will be as follows from next week due to illness and vacation:

  • Mon, 29.07. - Fri, 09.08.: closed (no availability)
  • Mon, 12.08. - Fri, 16.08.: open
  • Mon, 19.08. - Fri, 23.08.: closed (no availability)
  • from Mon, 26 Aug: open

Enquiries and the grades of the first exam period received by then will be processed from mid-August.

Prüfungsan- und -abmeldung

During the (de)registration phase of the first exam period, many of you contacted the Examination Office or other offices due to the heiCO changeover. We would therefore like to draw your attention once again to the usual AWI regulations for (de)registration during the exam phase.

  • All relevant information can be found on the website of the AWI Examination Office under the heading ‘Exam registration and deregistration’. We kindly ask you to take note of this.
  • So that we can take your request into consideration, please direct your enquiries regarding exam (de)registration exclusively to the Examination Office.
  • The registration period for the second exam period will take place as follows: Mon, 09.09., 00:00 (midnight) - Mon, 30.09., 12:00 (noon).
  • It is advisable to check the AWI Examination Office website regularly for the latest information.

The information above also applies to students of other subjects who wish to take examinations at the AWI.
